The Wild Woman’s Circle™
A women’s group format that enables deeper connection to self and others.
The Wild Woman’s Circle™ uses potent embodiment practices, women’s group exercises, and sacred rituals designed to transform your connection to self and others.
“The Wild Woman’s Way®” is Michaela Boehm’s body of work drawn from her decades of counseling and teaching women’s groups as well as from her training in a female Shakta tradition, of which she is now the lineage holder.
Michaela’s bestselling book “The Wild Woman’s Way” serves as a manual for navigating the demands of a busy life while staying connected to pleasure, joy and self-expression.
My Journey …
I have been studying with Michaela Boehm for the last 3 years and the journey has been absolutely transformational. What I love about her is her ability to hold space and facilitate in such a clean and open hearted way.
I’m very excited to now offer Women’s Groups based under the The Wild Woman’s Circle™ format and structure in Knutsford, Cheshire.
Women's Groups often fall into two extremes: no structure or too much structure. When there is no structure, women gather to socialise and connect however the conversations tend to be on the surface and it's easy to walk away feeling like "that was too much effort".
On the other extreme, sometimes there's too much structure: the schedule is set like a business meeting and it's clear everyone has their own agenda. In these instances, women's group feel like work and another networking meeting.
The format of the The Wild Woman’s Circle™ is rich, grounded and lively. It has a clear structure and format as well as a lot of space to drop into embodiment exercises, sacred rituals and women’s group exericse’s.
When you arrive, you can leave all your worries and responsibilities at the door and just be yourself. Come as you are. You don't need to prep, you don't need to be in a good mood, you can just be you. I'll guid you through a series of exercises that allows you to explore your body, your mind and your emotions. You'll have both solo and partner exercises that will allow you to reflect inwards as well as connect to other women in a deep meaningful way.
Join the next Women’s Group Gathering in Knutsford, Cheshire
Take a break from your daily responsibilities and allow yourself to be nourished by other women.
Book into a Women’s Group if you are:
1. A woman who just needs a break from your family for a few hours
The demands of motherhood and running a household is exhausting and sometimes you need a break from it all. A place where you can leave your responsibilities at the door and have a moment to yourself without feeling guilty. Come as you are; you are welcome
2. A woman needs a break from work because you are about to burn out
Being a workaholic is addictive. We rise to the occasion through adrenaline and being in go mode; resting seems futile and let's face it, who has time for that?
3. A woman who is craving new female friends but is afraid of women
Most women tell me they are scared of women and usually have issues with other women.
4. A woman who is transitioning to a new phase of life and would like support
One of the results of traumatic experience (fresh and old alike) is “freeze”, a state in which body, mind and emotions are stuck in a state of numbness.
5. A woman who feels like she’s lost herself is struggling to access intuition
Through continued engagement with the release of contraction and facilitation of emotional awareness, the ingrained patterns become apparent and less pronounced. Over time, physical sensation can be engaged with, and the acceptance and tolerance of all sensations increases. Intimacy with whatever is present is possible.
6. A woman who is craving an intimate partner but feels disconnected from life
Although I can’t promise you success in love and relationships, what I can say is that the more connected you are to your body, the more connected you are to knowing what you want and don’t.
7. A woman who is struggling to set boundaries and say no
Having a healthier relationship with your body and self, your ability to say No can naturally arrive as you get to know yourself and what lights you up, you can let go of the old out dated pattern of pleasing people and improve your boundaries over time.

I love how Michaela describes The Wild Woman:
"What is the Wild Woman?
The Wild Woman is a part of each of us. She is not the crazed and uncivilized creature she is sometimes made out to be, but the part of us that is deeply and inextricably connected to natural life. She is connected to all things in nature, including her own body, whom she cares for and utilizes as an instrument of perception. She represents the part of each woman that comes from nature and is part of nature.
Each of us has that native, embodied wisdom—a wild, untamed, undomesticated body-mind and heart that knows what is true for us. This looks and feels different for each woman, and no two are ever alike.
We often yearn to be more, move more, feel more, wider, fuller, louder, more passionate…. and this intensive is a chance to discover how to embody your unique expression.
The Wild Woman is not a fixed idea or a template into which we need to fit ourselves, but rather a portal, an entry point into our vast and rich inner landscape."

This is actually very common. As women, we often have wounds around other women. There are many reasons for this however, I have found well structured women's groups can be very grounding and healing.
