Nicola Parish is a Reiki Healer (10+ years experience) and a Women’s Embodiment Coach, dedicated to re-wilding and reconnecting women over 35 to their pleasure.

Nicola specialises in supporting women going through perimenopause to let go of limiting beliefs, stuck emotions and judgemental thought loops on ageing and what it means as a woman who is ‘mature’.

By working holistically with somatic practices and Reiki energy healing, she helps woman feel whole, calm and relaxed again … ultimately leading to everyday pleasure, appreciation and joy.

Nicola offers Perimenopause Coaching, Embodiment Classes under The Non-Linear Movement Method®, Women’s Groups under The Wild Woman's Circle™ and Reiki Healing Sessions.
