Nicola specialises in supporting women going through perimenopause to let go of limiting beliefs, stuck emotions and judgemental thought loops on ageing and what it means as a woman who is ‘mature’.
By working holistically with somatic practices and Reiki energy healing, she helps woman feel whole, calm and relaxed again … ultimately leading to everyday pleasure and joy.
